If your Labubu blind box arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within the 30-day window). We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. We will also cover all shipping costs associated with returning the damaged or incorrect item and sending out a replacement.
